Another great project mico lot crop that we have worked on from the talented Mr Victor Robelo – this time from his Finca Santa Maria – this is just a stunning coffee from an absolutely stunning farm.

We are now into our second year working with Victor but taking coffee from Finca Santa Maria is a first. We visited the farm this year (2016)

Santa Maria is laid out over 50 hectares of prime coffee growing land in the Municipality of Dipilto, Nueva Segovia. The coffee is grown at an average altitude of 1,400 metres which is where all the attributes for growing speciality coffee can be found here.

On visiting Finca Santa Maria and as with all of Victor’s farms you can immediately see the care and attention to detail that farm Mandadors (farm managers) take to ensure the quality of crop.

All our coffee is sold as whole beans, which we recommend for optimum flavour and freshness. If you don’t own a grinder you can buy one here, or you can specify that you’d like us to grind it for you in your Basket.
