Delivery Delay Status Update

In some areas of the UK we are noticing some delays to Royal Mail post 24 and 48 (1st and 2nd class) - this is due to early seasonal demand coupled with an added increase in online shopping due to Covid-19.

Currently - in some areas of the UK 1st class and 2nd class post is delayed beyond what you would normally expect.

Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post is not a trackable service and we are only able to tell you if your order has been delivered when delivery has taken place.

As we approach December, we expect delays to extend.
